Third-party Data Sharing Notice
This notice explains how AIGatewayX may use third-party services to operate the website, account, payment, support, analytics, and AI provider workflows.

1. External services
AIGatewayX may rely on external services that are necessary to operate signup, console, payment, communication, analytics, infrastructure, security, and support workflows.
2. Categories of third-party services
Depending on the feature used, the following categories of service providers may process limited data needed to provide the service.
- Payment processing, billing, tax, invoice, receipt, and subscription handling, including Paddle where applicable.
- Hosting, infrastructure, networking, monitoring, and security services used to run the website and service.
- Email, support, authentication, or verification services used for account and communication workflows.
- Analytics services, such as Google Analytics where enabled, used to understand public website traffic and improve the service.
- AI provider connections configured or used by customers, such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, Amazon Bedrock, Azure OpenAI, or compatible providers.
- Professional, compliance, legal, or operational service providers where needed for business administration or legal obligations.
3. Scope of sharing
Third-party sharing is limited to the minimum scope required for service delivery, billing, communication, security, compliance, troubleshooting, and customer-requested provider integrations.
4. Customer-configured provider usage
When customers configure or use external AI providers through AIGatewayX, requests may be transmitted to those providers according to the provider settings, customer payload, and applicable provider terms.
5. No sale of personal information
AIGatewayX does not sell personal information. Third-party processing is used only to operate, secure, support, bill, analyze, or improve the service.
6. Updates
This notice may be updated as integrations, infrastructure, payment, analytics, support, or service operations evolve.
