These Terms govern access to and use of the AIGatewayX website, signup flow, and related pre-launch service interactions unless superseded by a separate written agreement.

These Terms apply to your use of the AIGatewayX website, public content, contact channels, signup flow, and any pre-launch access we provide through the website.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and use the website and service only on behalf of yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent.

  • Do not interfere with the security, stability, or lawful operation of the website or service.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping beyond reasonable public use, abuse of signup or verification flows, or misuse of credentials.

5. Customer responsibilities

You remain responsible for the content you submit, the legality of your use, your provider accounts or API keys where applicable, and your internal decisions based on outputs, analytics, or operational controls.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website, branding, software, and related materials are owned by AIGatewayX or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership rights to you.

7. Third-party services

The website or service may reference, integrate with, or depend on third-party infrastructure, identity, payment, analytics, LLM, or communication providers. AIGatewayX is not responsible for third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and pre-launch service materials are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free operation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIGatewayX will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the website or pre-launch service interactions. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms are intended to operate in a globally usable form. Where mandatory consumer, privacy, or local law applies, that law may override parts of these Terms to the extent required. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the governing law and dispute forum may be determined by the principal place of operation of AIGatewayX and applicable law.
